How to become a member
The Weymouth and Portland Kite Surfing Club is always open to new members! You must be a qualified kite surfer with an approved kiteboarding certification. You will also require third party liability insurance covering you for the sport. Without insurance you cannot join the club. The BKSA provide insurance so please take a look at the BKSA web site for insurance.
Depending on your needs there are several options to joining the club.
- Full membership
Ideal if you sail regularly down at Portland Harbour. To become a full member or to renew your membership download the membership form. You can of course join through PARACADEMY the local kite surf centre. Go to the Paracademy web site for contact details, address and map. - Day membership
Ideal for those on holiday at Weymouth and Portland or aren't regular kite surfers to the spot. Day membership can be obtained through the Paracademy Kite Surf Centre. Go to the Paracademy web site for contact details, address and map. - Virtual membership
Ideal for those who just want to use our web site facilities. Virtual Membership is entirely FREE. To become a virtual member please follow this link >>
